For your convenience, we are using a new system which will allow you to make an E-CHECK payment online for FREE. For all credit/debit cards there will still be a $25 dollar charge. If you would like to get set up in our new system, please make sure that our office has your correct email address.

Effective September 1st, 2011, please make note our on-line rent payment system, is a convenience service provided for tenant(s). If funds are not available for debit cards/ e-check transactions, declined and or returned for insufficient funds, you will no longer be able to make on-line rent payments and blocked for your particular property. Rent payments will be required to be made on the 1st, in the form of certified funds only, no checks.
